Overview

PRIVATE-EYE is an interdisciplinary research initiative aimed at enhancing data privacy awareness and promoting ethical conduct in the use of AI and machine learning within the education and engineering sectors. The project combines insights from psychology and computer science to ensure that privacy is considered throughout the data lifecycle, particularly in contexts like Egypt, where privacy awareness may be less prevalent.

PRIVATE-EYE brings together expertise from Ulm University and the German International University in Cairo to develop practical, culturally sensitive approaches to privacy-preserving technologies.
